Nylon Webbing
Nylon automotive webbing straps are highly valued for assembly aids, seat mechanisms, and restraint systems thanks to strong break strength and excellent abrasion resistance. Ideal for applications needing slight elasticity while undergoing repeated stress cycles.
Elastic Webbing
Elastic automotive webbing straps are employed for trunk nets, cargo nets, pet assemblies, and flexible retention within vehicle interiors. Variable stretch characteristics accommodate diverse automotive interior solutions.
Polypropylene Webbing
Polypropylene automotive webbing straps are preferred for trunk and cargo securing, light loads, covers, and linings thanks to their light weight and strong resistance to water and chemicals.
Polyester Webbing
Often specified for tie-downs, towing, and vehicle transport due to minimal stretch, high strength, and superior resistance to moisture and UV degradation. Polyester is the preferred choice for tow straps, grab handles, restraints, harnesses, and exterior components regularly exposed to weathering and the elements.
Kevlar® and Aramid Straps
Kevlar® and aramid automotive webbing straps are used in high-temperature or high-stress environments requiring flame and heat resistance, such as engine compartment bundling, battery retention, and components subject to chemical exposure.
