How Our Contract Sewing Process Works
Every project starts with your drawing, sample, or spec sheet. Our engineers review the strength, fit, and finishing requirements, then select the webbing, thread, and hardware to meet them, most of which we already produce in-house. Once you approve a prototype, production moves to our automated cutting, punching, and sewing equipment, where programmable stitch patterns keep every strap consistent from the first unit to the last. Finished assemblies are inspected, labeled, and packaged to your requirements, so they arrive ready for your production line or your customer.
