Fire Safety
We specialize in manufacturing products for high heat environments, offering flame resistant and flame retardant cord and webbing. Our Flame Retardant (FR) treated webbing meets horizontal and vertical burn testing (FAR 25.853) and our Kevlar, Nomex and para aramid webbing materials meet NFPA standards approved by UL.
ACW’s FireLoc® plastic buckle line is designed and manufactured for high heat applications using a proprietary heat stabilized molded plastic.

Recycled & Sustainable
ACW produces sustainable webbing from 100% recycled materials using yarns extruded directly from plastic bottle waste. This is our commitment to help clean the planet and use sustainable raw material sources.
ACW Consumer Products
We offer the only sewing and strap department in the world that sources all its primary raw materials directly in-house from our webbing, buckle, and cord divisions. Because of this, we are able to control the entire production process for finished sewn straps such as tactical belts, custom straps, aerospace straps, and cart straps.
Additionally, our vertical integration allows ACW to provide a one-stop shop for all trims in your sewing and end-use products.
Flotation / Marine
We specialize in flotation solutions for the marine industry, enhancing stability for a variety of maritime applications. Our products are designed to withstand harsh marine environments, exposed to moisture, UV and weathering ensuring safety and performance for boats, scuba divers, covers, awnings and underwater end uses. By leveraging materials and engineering, we provide reliable and efficient webbing, buckles, cords and strap solutions that meet the rigorous demands of the marine sector.
Tactical
ACW offers the second most military-approved plastic hardware in the country. We also produce and offer nearly every known military specification webbing and cord. ACW is the only US manufacturer with in-house capabilities to make Berry Compliant military-approved webbing and Natick-approved buckles. All ACW military products excel in quality, strength, durability, and functionality. Standard buckle materials include Acetal and Nylon.
Aerospace
ACW Aerospace specialty webbing and cord meet the unrelenting criteria for use in space and in flight. ACW produces aerospace products with the strength, thermal properties, and key characteristics for chemical, and impact resistance in the USA. When things are good enough to be used in space, they perform above expectations for the military as well as commercial airlines, first responders, and in critical end uses.
